1 1tsp Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 20 oz Jennie-O Turkey Store - Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast with Natural Flavorings 1.5 tsp Chili powder 3 clove Garlic 1.5 tsp Oregano, ground .75 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 1 cup Muir Glen Organic Chunky Tomato & Herb Sauce 0.5 serving chipolte in adobo sauce (3 peppers in sauce)
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onion and peppers, cook stirring frequently, 4-5 minutes or until onion is translucent.
3. Add garlic =, cook stirring frequently for 1 minute. Transfer to a plate.
4. Add turkey to same skillet, cook ---over medium heat stirring frequently to break up the turkey. 8-10 minutes., till no longer pink.
5. Add seasonings with chili pow and mix well. Reduce heat to medium-low. 8 to 10 minutes, oregano and salt.
6. Add the onion mixture, tomato sauce. Mix well. Reduce heat to low gently boil, stirring frequently or until thickened.
