Shrimp with Fresh Basil

Ingredients
2 T Oil1 clove garlic, minced1 large shallot, sliced 1/2 cup carrots, sliced1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced1/2 cup zucchini, sliced5oz shrimp, peeled & deveined2 T fish sauce1 T soy sauce2 T water2 tsp granulated sugar2 T jalepeno, sliced or chopped1 cup fresh basil leaves
Directions
heat oil in work or large sautee pan. Toss in shallots and garlic, sautee a minute then add additional vegetables. Cook veggies almost to desired doneness, then add sauce and shrimp. Cook until shrimp are firm & pink. Add chilies and basil and remove from heat. Serve over rice or noodles.
