1 serving Signature Sweets-mini peppers (3) Used only 11 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 5 leaf Spinach, fresh 1 oz Jimmy Dean pork sausage hot 2.2 oz Tomatoe (Roma) raw, diced - One (1) 2 serving Egg white, large
Directions
Stir sausage like hamburger meat, add pepper, mushrooms, spinach. Poor Egg over all, don't scramble, lift sides over. Serve with raw tomatoes on top
