1 tbsp Mirin (by SASSETTE00) 1 tsp Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Sweet Cooking Rice Wine 178 gram(s) Fish (Wild Pacific Salmon) ( High Liner) (by ALTHERRIEN) 5 grams Flour, white Olive oil spray1 gram(s) Evoo Olive Oil Cooking Spray (by SHANNALEEG)
Directions
Dredge the fish in the flour. Lightly spray a pan with oil and heat. Fry the fish, turning once. Mix the other ingredients together and paint one side of the fish. Flip it and paint the other.
