Pickled Raisins

Ingredients
1.5 cup, packed Raisins, golden seedless 4 tbsp Pompeian Gourmet Red Wine Vinegar 1tbsp 6 tbsp Honey 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 1 Serving(s) Juniper berries 1.25 tsp Salt
Directions
Bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer 10-12 minutes until liquid reduces by 1/2. Refrigerate until needed. Can keep for 1 month in sealed container in refrigerator. Serving Size: 10-15 raisins
