Crustless Spinach and Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
10 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Milk, 3.25% 2.25 serving Mushrooms, Fresh, White Button, Sliced (3 oz / 85g) 6 oz Gouda Cheese 6 oz Cheese-Munster 6 serving Bacon, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon (2 strips) 4 cup Spinach, fresh 3 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Cook the bacon. Sautee the mushrooms, green onions, and spinach. Season with black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Crumble bacon into the veggie mixture. Whisk eggs. Whisk milk into the whisked eggs. Combine in greased casserole dish with the veggies and the shredded cheese. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
