Turkey and Vegetable Fajita

1 lg onion sliced into thin strips1 green bell pepper sliced into strips, 1 cup mushrooms,sliced2 lg summer sqash (Slice squash round) about 1/4 thick1 lb of raw turkey breast sliced into thin 1-inch piecesParkay butter sprayMrs. Dash seasoningWhite peppersea salt4-6 flour tortillas (Fajita style)salsa (optional)
In a large bowl, slice all vegetables according to ingredient list; slice turkey and add to vegetables; season to taste with Mrs. Dash or your favorite seasoning, add white pepper and toss. Spray and heat a non-stick skillet or George Forman style in-door grill with non-stick cooking spray ; add vegetables and meat. Spray with Parkay butter spray (about 3 times) and saute . (If using the George Foreman, cook about 7-8 minutes or until turkey is cokked thoroughly and vegetables are tender). Stirring constantly to keep from burning.
Warm tortillas according to package directions.
Spoon mixture into warmed tortillas and enjoy.
Salsa may be added for more flavor
