Chocolate Oatmeal protein bars

Ingredients
4 scoops Shaklee Life Shake soy protein 4 Bard Valley Medjool Dates 4 tbsp Almond Butter .75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 tsp Almond Extract 1 3/4 cup Quaker oats gluten free oatmeal Quick 1 minute 1/3 c. Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels Chocolate Chips .25 tsp Salt 4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Process dates, milk, almond butter and almond extract in mixer or food processor until smooth. Add protein powder, salt and cocoa powder. Put oats in bowl. Dump in mixture from blender and stir to combine. Add chocolate chips and stir. Spread in a greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake 15 minutes. Cool. Cut into 8 bars
