3 boneless, skinless, chicken thighs1/3 cup sugar free orange marmalade1/3 cup flour2 tablespoons lite soy sauce1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Place chicken in slow cooker
Spoon flour over chicken and mix until coated
Mix barbecue sauce, marmalade, and soy sauce and pour over chicken
Cook on low 4-6 hours

Made for New Year's Day lunch. Sauce has great flavor! Not sure about the use of flour though. I coated the chicken as called for but it ended up kinda clumpy. Maybe I did something wrong. I'll definately make this again, but I'll omit the flour. Just seems like a waste of calories and carbs :) - 1/1/09
