Ingredients
450.0 Grams (1lb) Pork, ground, raw2 Bags of Fresh Express: 3 Colour Coleslaw0.5 cup Soy Sauce2.0 tbsp (or to taste) Garlic powder1.0 tbsp (or to taste) Ginger, groundPepper to taste
Directions
Fry pork on Med high heat, adding a bit of oil if needed. When pork is cooked, add cabbage mix and soya sauce and lower temp to Medium heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add spices and stir. Cook until desired consistency.
