Ingredients
2.5 cups Baked Tofu Cutlet, cubed1 cup Gobi Paneer (cooking cheese), cubed2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced1.5 cup Celery, diced1 medium onions, sliced thin2 cups Pacific Natural Foods Organic Mushroom Broth1 cup Daisy Sour Cream1.5 tsp Marmite1 tbsp Olive Oil1 cup Creative Cuisine Vege Shreds DarkGarlic, pepper, and parsley to taste
Directions
Saute the celery and onion in olive oil until liquid starts to cook out. Add the tofu and mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are shrinking down and liquid is collected at the bottom. Add all other ingredients, and cook down until the liquid is the consistency you'd like.
