Sugar-free Chocolate cake with Chocolate cream cheese frosting

10 serving PL-Flour (Almond Meal, Bob's Red Mill, Fine Ground - 1/4 C) (by PATTISPARK1) 6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 4 tbsp Butter, salted 1.25 tbsp vanilla extract1.25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 cup Sour Cream 43 teaspoon Lakanto Monkfruit Classic White Granulated (by BRIDGETMAYS) 6 oz Cream Cheese 4 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Mix almond flour, eggs, butter, 1tbsp vanilla, 1 cup of cocoa, 1/4c sour cream, 2/3c of powdered granulated erithyrtol/monk fruit "sugar" in large bowl. Put remining "sugar" blend in a coffee grinder or food processor and grind until powered. Blend with cream cheese, remaining sour cream and remaining vanilla until smooth. (Whipped in a standing mixer is best, if possible). Bake two 9" round cakes and allow to cool before frosting. Add frosting to top of first cake and place second cake on top. Frost top and/or sides as desired.
350F Oven: Bake batter divide in half into two 9" round pans for 20-25 minutes or until middle of cake no longer wobbles when gently shaken.
