Ingredients
0.5 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Onion powder0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.75 cup Beans, black1.0 serving Mission Flour Tortillas, Soft Taco, 8 inch, 49g1.0 serving cheese (Albertson's, Colby Jack cheese) 1 oz.0.5 tsp Ground Cumin1.0 serving Cooking Spray, Canola (.2 second spray)2.0 serving Salsa, Cantina Style (medium hot), 1serving equals 2 Tbls
Directions
Generously spray a skillet that the tortilla will fit in with cooking spray. Add black beans & spices. Spray again with cooking spray. Saute over medium heat stiring frequently until hot throughout. Remove skillet from heat & place bean mixture in a bowl. Set aside. Place tortilla in the skillet. Add black beans & cheese on one half of the tortilla. Fold tortilla in half and cook on medium low heat until the tortilla has browned. Flip over & brown the other side. Serving Size: Makes 1 quesadilla
