Low fat plain yogurt 1 cupTomatoes 1 small dicedCarrots 1 small gratedCanned pineapple 0.25 cup chunksCilantro dried 0.25 tsp (optional)Chilli powder 0.15 tsp (to taste)cumin powder 0.5 tsp (to taste)salt 0.5 tsp (to taste)
Directions
In a bowl put the yogurt and mix well. Add chopped tomatoes, carrots and pineapple and the spices. Mix well. Garnish with dried cilantro and serve.
