Panko Breaded Mahi Mahi

Ingredients
3 serving Mahi-mahi Kirkland Signature 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
Directions
Add garlic seasoning and panko to shallow pan and set aside. Beat egg, salt and pepper in shallow pan and set aside. Pat dry Mahi Mahi. Dip each piece Mahi Mahi into egg, then dredge in Panko mixture.

Add oil to hot pan and place each piece of fish gently in pan. Cook for 4-5 mins per each side, or until done. (usually not more than 10mins).
