Chocolate drink, bread and egg with mixed veggies

3.0 slice Bread, white (white bread)0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw0.5 cup Green Beans (snap)0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw0.5 cup, chopped or sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes1.0 tbsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh1.0 serving Nestle, Milo2.0 tbsp full fat milk1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1 tbsp vegetable oil
Heat oil in pan, add chopped tomatoes and peppers. Allow to fry 1-2 mins, add chopped vegetables. Stir fry for 2-3 mins.
Beat egg and season to taste with salt and other seasoning (optional). Add egg mixture to vegetable stir fry.
Stir till egg is fried evenly. Serve with bread.
For the drink
Pur milo powder and milk in a cup. Add some hot or warm water. Stir and ready to serve.
