Healthy Nut, Seed and Fruit Bars

1 cup dates, pureed1/2 cup cashew butter, no added salt1/2 cup flax seeds1/2 cup chopped cashews1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries1 cup dry oatmeal1/2 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds1/4 cup unsweetened coconut1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Soak dates in half cup of warm water and then puree to make a date paste. Stir in all natural cashew butter and mix well. Add seeds, chopped nuts, and dried fruit and mix well. Add oatmeal and mix well. Line 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and press down into pan. Refrigerate about 2 hours, then pull out and cut into bars. Wrap individual bars in wax paper and store in freezer or refrigerator.
