Deb's Homemade Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
8 oz Tyson Diced Chicken Breast 1 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium 1 cup Cream of Chicken Soup 2 package, small (3 oz) Cream Cheese 3 serving "Great Value" Mixed Vegetables, Frozen (2/3cup) .50 cup Colby & Monterey Jack Finely Shredded Cheese (Happy Farms - Aldi) 2 serving Pillsbury 9" Refrigerated Pie Crust (entire pie crust) (by CD5440179)
Directions
In med size cooking pot, mix chicken broth & cream of chicken soup. Cook on medium heat. Mix 1/2 cup of chicken broth with 3 Tbsp flour. Add to the broth, soup mixture and mix until it starts to thicken. Add cream cheese and stir as it melts. Once cream cheese is melted, add chicken & veggies. Stir well, add shredded cheese and mix in. Take off heat. Put one pie crust in the bottom of a 9" pie plate. Pour in filling. Cover with 2nd pie crust, cut slits in the top crust. Bake at 375* for 30-40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
