Individual Hobo Potatoes

Ingredients
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw 0.125 tsp Garlic Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 0.5 tbsp Onions, dehydrated flakes 1 tsp Margarine, soft
Directions
Peel potato. Slice into thin slices, but don’t cut all the way through, so the potato holds it’s shape. Place it onto a piece of aluminum foil. Spread margarine on top of potato. Season with onion flakes, pepper and garlic salt. Fold the foil into a package. Place on grill rack of a grill or over campfire coals for 10 minutes. Turn and grill on other side for 10 minutes or or until potatoes are tender.
