Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4 c. chopped cooked chicken (3 lg breasts)2 c. thinly sliced celery1/4 c. sweet pickle relish2 T. minced onion3/4 c. lite mayonnaise1 T. lemon juice1 t. salt
Directions
Combine first 4 ingred. in lg bowl, stirring well. Combine mayo, lemon juice, & salt, stirring until blended; add to chkn mixture & toss. Cover & chill. Serve salad on lettuce leaves, in tomato cups, or on sandwiches. Yields 12- 1/2 c. servings.
