Ingredients
4 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - Raw (by LAURIE32) .166 serving Ty Ling Naturals Hoisin Sauce (Serving 2 tbsp) .5 tbsp Great Value Less Sodium Soy Sauce (1tbs - 15mL)
Directions
Take one chicken breast and pulse it in small food processor until ground up. Use cooking spray in skillet add chicken, salt & pepper and cook about 3-4 minutes stirring to cook evenly. Add 1 teaspoon Hoisin Sauce and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Cook additional 2 minutes. Serve on tortillas, pita bread or lettuce leaves..
