Vegan Chocolate Almond Milk Ice Cream Fudgsicle style

Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened almond milk1/2 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 300 grams avocados after removing peel and seed (3 or 4 small ones)1 cup coconut sugar (or a bit more to taste)
Directions
Put everything into a blender and puree. Will thicken as you process it. Could eat it now as soft pudding. Freeze it in a plastic bag, squishing it together as it freezes. I actually put it in the food processor after freezing overnight, then froze again a bit more before serving.
