Boneless Pork Chop with Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 serving pork chop boneless thick cut 4oz. 0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 0.5 tsp Thyme, ground 0.5 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard 0.25 tsp Worcestershire sauce great value 2 tbsp Holland House white cooking wine 1 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Sprinkle pork chop with salt and Worcestershire sauce. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place on medium high heat. Add the pork chop and until browned on each side. About 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm. Swirl oil into the pan, add shallot and cook until soft, about 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally until they soften and start to brown. Add cooking wine and cook for 15 seconds. Stir in mustard, thyme, and any juices in the pan. Cook until the sauce is thickened and slightly reduced. Spoon sauce over pork chop and serve.
