Monterey Chicken

Ingredients
30 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 0.50 cup cooking sherry (by KITEFLYINGAL) 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 package (6 oz) Bread stuffing, cornbread, dry mix 1 stick Butter, salted 0.5 cup slices Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts) 30 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)
Directions
place chicken in 9x13 pan. cover each chicken breast with thick slices of cheese .
mix 1/2 cup cooking sherry with can of soup and spread on top of chicken and cheese. sprinkle 1 pkg of stovetop mixed with melted butter on top. Bake 350 for 1.5 hours keep an eye on it the last 1/2 hour you may have to lower temperature
