Ingredients
Directions
Joseph's flax, oat bran & whole wheat flour Lavash roll-ups, 2 serving6 oz raw chicken4-5 slices of fresh mushroom1 garlic clove1 slice of cheese (either a slice, or you can use a string cheese stick and lay the strips down)
I used the raw chicken tender meat instead of a chunk of breast meat - but you could just cut up breast meat...
Spray a small frying pan with something to keep the chicken from sticking initially (juice will form and sticking wont be a problem)
Medium temp should be good - you want it to cook a little slow so it doesn't dry out.
Lay the chicken strips on the pan and cover them with the mushrooms and garlic. (Slice up the clove into little slivers and lay on them on top)
Cover pan and go check your email or something.
In about 10-15 minutes, if your chicken was cut up small enough, it should be cooked. While it's finishing up, lay the cheese on the wrap. Josephs flaxseed wraps are 100 calories for the whooole thing so I always use it all.
Put the chicken/mushroom/garlic pile onto the cheese so it'll melt.
Flavor it up with some adobo or salt or whatever you like...
Roll it up and voilla... Yummy chicken goodness.
Cut up some cucumbers for a side dish (instead of tater chips) and you have a nice little meal.
Its 404 calories of good filling stuff so you won't need to pick at anything for a while...AND you won't be stuffed to the gills either.
Enjoy!
