Whole Wheat Flax Flatbreads

Ingredients
1 tsp Salt 0.33 cup Olive Oil 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 cup Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched 1.50 cup Whole Wheat Flour 4 tbsp Flaxseed (Spectrum) Organic Ground 1 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix in oil until mixture becomes crumbly.
Heat water in microwave for one minute and add to dry mixture.
Knead for 3-5 minutes until smooth.
Allow dough to rest for 10 minutes.
Divide into 12 portions and roll out.

Cook on very hot skillet. Flip once large bubble form.
