Baked Crispy Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 cup self-raising flour 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried mixed herbs 2kg chicken wings olive oil spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. Put oven safe cooling racks in sheet pans. Combine flour, onion salt, , peppers and mixed herbs (if using) in a large plastic bag.

Spray chicken wings with oil. Add one-third of wings to flour mixture. Shake until well coated. Place onto prepared baking trays. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Spray chicken with oil again. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until crisp and cooked through.
