Ingredients
16 oz Turkey: Ground, 85% Lean Ground 2 cup Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C) 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 oz pasta sauce, Prego, spaghetti sauce (w/t meat) .5 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Garlic powder 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Mix ingredients except oil, form into tbls sized balls on pan drizzling oil on top, cook in oven 350 for 30 minutes
