Baked Cod and Potatoes

16 oz Cod (fish) 2 tbsp Butter, salted 0.5 cup Spinach, frozen 0.25 cup Bertolli Alfredo Sauce 0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese .5 cup diced Potato, raw
Oven 375
Partially cook sliced potato in boiling water, drain well
In a Dutch Oven melt butter
Take the sliced potatoes and layer on top of the butter
add pepper and garlic powder to taste
Place 1/2 of spinach over the potatoes, top with Alfredo Sauce
add pepper and garlic powder to taste
Place fish over spinach
add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over top and bake for 30-40 minutes until fish is flakey and cooked through
Place the fish over the spinach
