SLOW COOKER CHICKEN BURRITO BOWL

Ingredients
16 oz Great Value 100% Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breats 1.75 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 small Onions, raw 1 tsp Spices, Cumin Powder (by MZTRACY) .5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 cup Jasmine Rice - white 1.5 cup Beans, black 0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
Directions
Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of a slow cooker. Add the can of tomatoes, chicken broth, onions, cumin and chili flakes. Mix well. Cook on high for 2 hours.
Add the rice, black beans and corn. Cook for another hour and 30 minutes on high, or until the rice is cooked.
Serve immediately with avocado, cilantro and a spoonful of sour cream.
