Georgia peach glazed pork chops

Ingredients
1 tbsp Onion powder1 tsp ground black pepper1 tsp Salt1 Tbsp Thyme, fresh (minced)1 Peach sliced1 Serrano Peppers (minced)1 Tbsp Cornstarch1 can Vegetable Broth (12oz)1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend4 Bone In Pork Chops1 Tbsp Ground Mustard Powder1 tsp cardamon
Directions
Season porkchops with salt, & pepper. With instant pot on saute, add olive oil and seal pork chops on both sides, remove from instant pot. Add vegetable broth, seasonings, brown sugar substitute, minced serrano pepper and thyme. Stir well. Return chops to instant pot. Lay sliced peach on top of chops, close and seal instant pot. Cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes. Natural steam release for 10 minutes. Quick release to vent and open. Remove chops and peach slices. Turn instant pot setting back to sautee and whisk in a cornstarch slurry. Simmer until glazd thickens. Pour glaze over chops and serve. Serving Size: Serves 4
