Fiesta Pork Sandwich

Ingredients
1/3 cup - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice 54 oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork 2 tbsps. Ocean Spray 100% juice White Grapefruit No Suger Added 1 Bay Leaf - whole leaf (by BRAGA76) 2 tbsps. Water, tap 6 clove Garlic .5 tsp Salt .5 tsp Oregano, ground .5 tsp Chili powder 1 small Onions, raw 6 serving Aldi's L'oven Fresh Hoagie Roll - 1 sub roll (77g)
Directions
Make cuts into the pork roast. Place onions in bottom of crockpot, then the pork. Place bay leaf on pork and mix remaining ingredients (except rolls) in a separate bowl. Pour mixture over pork and onions. Let cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
