Keto pancakes

Ingredients
1.0 cup Almond Flour blue diamond finely sifted4.0 tbsp simple truth organic coconut flour2.0 tbsp lakanto monkfruit sweetener2.0 tbsp organic virgin coconut oil3.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.75 cup great value unsweetened almond milk1.0 tsp bakers imitation vanilla flavor1.0 tsp great value baking powder double acting0.12 tsp Salt
Directions
Whisk eggs, vanilla, and milk together until fluffy. Add dry ingredients until thick batter forms. Add coconut oil and mix. Drop 2 tablespoons of batter into frying pan. Cook 3 or 4 minutes then flip to other side. Cook other side until golden brown. These will take longer to cook then normal pancakes. Serve with sugar free low carb syrup.
