Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, salted 150 grams Onions, raw 489 grams Mushrooms, fresh 20 grams Garlic 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
1 T butter to a skillet. add onions cook on low-med until translucent. add the other T of butter and then the mushrooms. cook till almost done add the garlic. cook for 3 min add the Worcestershire and remove from heat. add salt and pepper to taste
