Baked marinated tofu

2 block Tofu, firm 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Sesame Oil 3 tbsp Soy Sauce 3 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar Chopped garlic and chopped ginger
Drain tofu and press between two clean dish towels with a weight overtop. I use a Dutch oven filled with water. You can soak beans at the same time if you want. Let it sit for at least an hour.
Mix the marinade.
Cut the tofu into 8 pieces.
Mix marinade with tofu and refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight.
Bake in a single layer for 20 min at 400F.
