30 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 3 tbsp Basil 0.12 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
Rinse and cut tomatoes in half. Toss in a bowl with extra virgin olive oil. Stir in balsamic. Add rough chopped basil and pinch of salt; toss to coat. Add small cubes of Mozzarella cheese. Chill, serve in chilled bowls.
