Bacon, Cream Cheese, Cheddar Chicken

Ingredients
4 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 tbsp Avocado Oil 4 slices bacon,4 oz Cream Cheese .5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese Salt & pepper to tasteI reduced the bacon, cream cheese & cheddar cheese from the original recipe, so feel free to tweak to your taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Grease bottom of casserole dish w/oil.

Add chicken to dish (slice to make uniform size for even cooking) & sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Top with cream cheese, cold, right from frig, sliced thin, then sprinkle with chopped cooked bacon, then shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake, uncovered 20-30 min, based on thickness of chicken.
