4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 1 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh 0.13 tbsp Dynasty Sesame Seed Oil 1 serving Bumble Bee Wild-Caught Gourmet Yellowfin Tuna 0.5 tbsp Smart Balance Blend of vegetables oils (Soybean, Canola & Olive)
Add sesame oil to eggs and beat till even. Then add tuna, salt, pepper and if you prefer spicy, add chopped fresh red hot chili pepper.
Heat up skillet with vegetables oil, and pour egg mix in. Serve with Jasmine rice and other dishes.
