Ingredients
16 oz Smart Chicken ground chicken breast (by BUTS1414) 3 tbsp Ortega taco seasoning mix 0.5 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 0.75 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving Cheddar and Montery Jack shredded cheese (by C5JACOBS) 0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 2 1tsp Olive Oil
Directions
Brown chicken in olive oil.
Add taco seasoning when done
Place chicken in pie plate
Mix eggs, egg whites,, milk and cheese together poor on top
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until firm.

    No, you put the avocado on the top of the meat mixture and then pour the egg mixture on top.
