Ingredients
3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .66 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk .5 cup Flour, white 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC) .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Flaxseed, WildRoots Miiled Golden Flaxseed 9 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Place ghee into cast iron frying pan in heated oven for 2 minutes, until pan has heated and ghee is melted. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into the melted ghee in frying pan. Bake for 15 minutes until puffed and golden.

Add a dash of syrup or jam or fresh berries to sweeten.
