White fish with leek spagetti

250 grams Snapper (fish) 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted 0.35 cup Milk, 3.25% 10 grams Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 cup Leeks
Fry the leeks on a pan with 1 tsp of butter, set aside when golden
Prepare bechamel souse . At the same pan stir 1 tsp of butter , 1 tsp of flour and than add the milk
Season with salt , black pepper and nutmeg until thick
Cook the fish filet at the grill for 10 min , skin down
Plate the fish on top of fried leeks , add bechamel souse above
