6 oz Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini 1.5 cup Crab Classics Flake Style Immitation Crab Meat (Food For Less Brand) .5 cup, diced Celery, raw .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 6 tbsp Hellmanns light mayo .5 tsp Celery seed
Cook pasta according to package directions (usually 7 minutes for al dente); drain and let cool.
Chop or pull apart imitation crab into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients, tossing well to evenly distribute. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a lemon wedge.
You favorite seasonings can add interest. Try using Old Bay Seasoning (reduce any salt you might normally add), tarragon, fresh parsley, cilantro -- whatever you like!
