Rice Pudding for Lactose Intolerance

Ingredients
1 quart Almond Breeze Vanilla Milk1 cup uncooked short grain brown rice1 cup golden raisins1 tbsp cinnamon1 tbsp nutmeg1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place all ingredients in a 2 quart dish. Bake for 90 minutes, stir every 20 minutes. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers and serve hot or cold. Makes 4 dinner size servings, or 6-8 dessert size servings
