0.5 stick Butter, salted0.5 cup Milk, nonfat0.5 tsp Salt3.0 cup slices Peaches, fresh1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap3.0 tsp Baking Powder0.5 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 cup Granulated Sugar1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour8.0 oz Fresh Bluberries (4oz) (1/2 cup)
Mix first six ingredients into batter. Pat into a 13×9 buttered pan. Place fruit evenly over batter. Pour 1 cup sugar over fruit. Pour cold water over sugar. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees.
Whole wheat flour may be used with good result.
Great cobbler for most fruits and berries.
