Mushroom Faux Rice

Ingredients
1 Mediun Head Cauliflower1/2 Pound White Button Mushrooms chopped1/2 Pound Portabella Mushrooms chopped2 Tbls Chopped onion1 Tbls chopped fresh Rosemary3 Garlic Cloves minced1/4 cup parmesan2 Tbls butter1 chicken bouillon cube1 cup water
Directions
Start by sauting the mushrooms, garlic and onion in a skillet with butter, in the mean time cut up cauliflower and put into food proccesor and pulse until the consistancy of rice. You can also use a grader and grade the cauliflower. Dissolve the bullion cube in a cup of boiling water. When the mushrooms and onions are tender add the cauliflower, parmesan, rosemary and bouillon to the skillet, cook for about 15 minutes until tender, turing and stirring to keep from burning
