Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Pudding Pie

Ingredients
1.0 pie shell (9" dia) Pie crust, graham cracker2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A40.0 gram(s) Jello sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix (not prepared)38.0 gram(s) fit whip chocolate4.0 tbsp Bell Plantation Chocoloate PB2Vanilla extract
Directions
In a microwave safe bowl, add pudding mix. Whisk in peanut butter powder and 2 cups of milk. Microwave for 3 minutes on high. Stir and microwave for another 3 minutes. In the bowl of a stand mixer whip fit whip powder with 1 cup of water and a dash of vanilla until combined. Ass cooked pudding and whip until light, fluffy and cool. The filling will appear to be doubled in volume. Spoon into pie shell and refrigerate until firm. Top with whipped cream if desired.
