Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
14 oz Chicken Thighs - Boneless, Skinless (15% chicken broth, sea salt, natural flavorings) 7 oz Cream Cheese .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .13 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 0.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 0.5 tsp Garlic powder 0.5 tsp Onion powder 0.5 tsp Paprika 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 3 serving Hormel Natural Choice Uncured Bacon 1 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded 1 tsp Parsley, dried
Directions
Oven 350
Cook bacon and chicken
De-seed jalapenos (or leave in for more heat). Slice or dice them.
In the skillet - cream cheese, broth, 1 cup cheese, heavy cream, garllic, onion, pepper, parsley. heat until melted/hot

9x13 casserole dish add chicken, some of the jalapenos on top of chicken, pour cheese sauce over, more jalapenos on top.
Cook until bubbly.
Add last cup of cheese and cook until cheese melted
