Stuffed Acorn Squash

Ingredients
2 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, winter, acorn, raw 2 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 p Apples, fresh with skin 2 oz Gouda Cheese .25 cup, chopped Walnuts 1 cup Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Hearty Sausage Crumbles - Original (by A637341)
Directions
Cut squash in half and scoop out seeds. Core, quarter, and dice apples. Grate cheese.

Mix cooked sausage, apples, and cheese and spoon into squash. Sprinkle with walnuts.

Place in a glass casserole with a small amount of water in the bottom. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, until squash is easily pierced with a fork.
