Blueberry and Yogurt Frappe

Ingredients
1 cup frozen blueberries1 8-10oz no-fat yogurt smoothie of your choice
Directions
Place frozen blueberries into blender. Add yogurt smoothie and blend on low till ingredients come together. Don't over blend. Serve at once.

This is better then ice cream. It soothes that desire for something sweet and is good for you. Blueberries are very high in antioxidants. You can use other frozen fruits as well, especially frozen strawberries!
