Gluten-free Granola Bites

Ingredients
.5 cup Sunflower Oil 1 cup Honey 3 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats) 8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill) 0.5 cup sunflower seeds salted .25 cup Sesame Seeds 4 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds .5 cup, sliced Almonds 1 serving Guittard Extra Dark Chocolate Chips (30 chips) .5 cup Pumpkin Seeds (whole seeds, roasted)
Directions
Spray a mini-muffin or petits-fours pan. Preheat oven to 350F. Mix liquid ingredients thoroughly. Add rest of ingredients in order while continuing to blend. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
